Custom Mobile Solution for a better Guest Experience
During the re-opening of a popular museum, the lines were long and frustration can run high. We needed the Point of Sale system to offer mobile ticketing purchases and scanning.
While that feature is not yet available from the vendor, that did not stop our efforts to develop a custom in-house solution for mobile purchases and mobile entry scanning.
The results is a better guest experience with less lines, and a chance to speak at a conference as the early adopters of mobile ticketing solutions.
