Served as Chief of Operations to the CHRO, accountable for HR Portfolio & budget, as well as HR Technology & services.  Business Owner for a multi-year Oracle business transformation roadmap & center of excellence.

California Academy of Sciences​

Head of Technologies & Building Operations,

& Member of the Senior Leadership Team

Triaged operations & technology to help re-opened the new museum.  Oversaw Web, Mobile, IT, Interactive Engineering, & Building Operations teams.  Implemented 25+ triage, turn-around, transformation & innovation initiatives. Part of Senior Leadership team driving organizational strategy and performance.  Drove strategy, teams, and culture to transition from a local museum to a global institution.

Provided Merger & Acquisition Integration support to the CIO and Director of IT PMO with portfolio spend of $100M year-over-year.  Supported over 25 concurrent M&A initiatives to consolidate, centralize, & standardize across various business functions. Primary duties included Organizational Design, Process Redesign, Change Management & Communications.

Beyond Work:

Kim is an avid sailor and racer in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Recently she did a passage from San Francisco, down the Baja peninsula, crossing the Sea of Cortez and ultimately to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

She is also bareboat charter certified and enjoys team building sails with her team and clients.
