Primary duties included Organizational Design, Process Redesign, Change Management & Communications.

Beyond Work:

Kim is an avid sailor and racer in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Recently she did a passage from San Francisco, down the Baja peninsula, crossing the Sea of Cortez and ultimately to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

She is also bareboat charter certified and enjoys team building sails with her team and clients.
