Facilitated the Vision and Strategy to help a construction company expand to adjacent services. Conducted a SWOT analysis to evaluate internal and external conditions to inform the business plan. Leveraged the LEAN Business Plan to capture business plan in a simple 1-pager that was presented and approved by upper management.
