Redesign: From 6 Months to Days

Partnered with the Chief Medical Officer, facilitated a Design Thinking session to redesigned provider data in-take and credentialing process from a multi-month, high-friction, "black hole" paper-based process that can take up to 6 months, to an electronic process done within minutes or days.
