Working with the largest provider data network in California, customized a provider data maturity model to show the path for progress that is aligned to the company's strategy. Consulted with Executive Sponsor - the Chief Medical Officer, Data Governance Steering and Operational Committees to triage, redesign processes, and recommended an ultimate structure and system to radically improve their data operations.
