From Ad-hoc to Strategic Roadmap:
A $20B+ non-profit organization embarked upon business transformation by unifying the back-office onto a single platform based on Oracle Cloud solutions. Over the course of 3 years, implementations were slow, costly and one-off.
Named the Oracle Product Owner, formed a cross-functional team of HR, Finance, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to conduct business blueprint to prioritize and sequence the Oracle Roadmap. Championed an in-house Center of Excellence to reduce costs and reliance on outside vendors.
